All the different ways cloud hosting and storage solutions can improve managed IT services is my area of study and expertise, and so my role as the Operations Manager at Kearns Technology Inc is very satisfying because it lets me use my experience to further my understanding of this necessary science. Improving the symbiotic relationship between cloud virtualization and IT service delivery is the cornerstone of our team’s success. With a foundation in cloud architecture and a proven track record overseas at CCI Kuwait, I’ve honed a unique skill set which encompasses Azure Services management, Office365 implementation, and comprehensive migration strategies. Our efforts ensure the seamless integration of advanced cloud technologies, fostering operational resilience and agility.
More about me? I was born in Lebanon and started my cloud journey in 2019, focusing on Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and full-scale Azure migrations and backups. My work included complex implementations involving Active Directory, Exchange, and overall cloud infrastructure. Later, in Kuwait, I specialized in Azure Stack Hub implementations, App Services, Chatbots, and Azure Infra. Over time, I shifted my focus to cloud cost optimization while continuing to implement Azure infra and manage Office 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
